Local Password Reset Guide
Resetting Your Password
- Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE on your keyboard.
- Click “Change a password”.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your current password and create a new one.
Locked Out of Your Account?
If you're unable to reset your password or are locked out:
- Contact your IT support team by submitting a ticket.
Password Requirements
To ensure your account remains secure, your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character (e.g., ! @ # $ %)
