Teams Audio Fading
In Teams,
go to the top right corner where the three dots are and select 'Settings'.

Change
the Teams device settings accordingly:

Speakers
set as your preference, headphones or laptop speakers.
Microphone
ideally from the laptop, 'Microphone Array'
Disable
noise suppression and spatial audio. Noise suppression set as your preference
if you have background noise from the office or at home.
